On behalf of the children and families here at Children’s Hospital Colorado, THANK YOU for supporting the 2018 Miracle on the Rocks event! As a community, you raised over $30,000 to provide lifesaving care and support for all our patients and families at Children’s Colorado! There is simply no greater power than that of community. Whether you climbed, volunteered, or donated at the event… your contribution is rewriting the future for children like Carson, who rely on generous supporters like YOU to receive critical care.

 

You may have seen Children’s Colorado patient Carson climbing the stairs alongside you at the event. Carson was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy after a premature birth. After a risky selective dorsal rhizotomy surgery when he was 8 years old, Carson had to re-learn how to stand, sit, walk and run. Because of your support, Carson is now able to not only stand, sit and walk properly but can conquer the stairs at Red Rocks all on his own. Thank you for helping Carson and all of our kids here at Children’s Colorado.
